Fiat means “let it be done.” As a mission-driven consulting firm, built on Christian values, our name is inspired by the Blessed Mother. Fiat reflects Mother Mary’s courageous and wholehearted yes – a response of openness, trust, and purpose. Her fiat inspires ours: to lead with integrity, to walk with our clients in meaningful transformation, and to serve with clarity and conviction. That’s the heart of our work.
